Senior Iranian Official: Attack on Iraq aims to undermine regional order

TEHRAN, July 29 (YPA) – Senior Iranian official Mohammad Mokhber, advisor to the Leader of the Iran’s Islamic Revolution, said on Wednesday that any attack on Iraq’s territorial integrity reflects efforts to undermine the regional order.

According to Iran’s Mehr News Agency, Mokhber said that Iraq’s sovereignty and armed forces are an integral part of the Islamic nation’s deterrence framework.

He stressed that attacks on Iraq are intended to destabilize the region and weaken its regional security architecture.
