Palestinian Olympic Committee: 1,017 martyrs of sports movement killed in Gaza since October 2023

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, July 27 (YPA) – The Palestinian Olympic Committee issued a new update on the number of martyrs of the sports movement who have fallen during the Israeli war of extermination on Gaza since October 7, 2023.

The death toll has risen to 1,017 martyrs, including players, coaches, members, and heads of clubs and federations.

The latest of them was Fadi Hamdallah Al-Naasan, 17 years old, a player for Al-Mughair Club, northeast of Ramallah, who was martyred by occupation bullets last week.

The committee affirmed its continued documentation of Israeli violations against Palestinian sports as the aggression and settler attacks continue.
