TEHRAN, July 21 (YPA) – Iran’s President Masoud Pezeshkian said the country’s diplomatic corps will never compromise the rights of the Iranian people.
Speaking on National Industry and Mining Day, Pezeshkian said Iran had faced sustained external pressure aimed at destabilizing the country, while praising Iranian manufacturers and industrialists for maintaining production and strengthening national resilience.
According to Iran’s official news agency, he credited the country’s progress to national unity despite external pressures.
Pezeshkian added that reopening the Strait of Hormuz to oil exports and other vital activities had been a key priority, claiming the opposing side failed to fulfill its commitments.
He said Iran nonetheless achieved greater-than-expected progress and managed multiple challenges effectively.
