Syrian Registry Center: Israeli enemy forces establish temporary checkpoint, advance into Quneitra, Daraa countryside

DAMASCUS, July 19 (YPA) – The Syrian Registry Center reported on Sunday that Israeli occupation forces erected a temporary checkpoint at the intersection of Al-Hurriya village in the northern Quneitra countryside, stopping and searching passersby.

The center added in a post on the X platform, that an Israeli patrol consisting of two vehicles advanced on the Wadi al-Raqad road in the western Daraa countryside.

This comes amid escalating Israeli ground violations in the border areas of Quneitra, and continued tension in villages adjacent to the separation line, amid the absence of measures to protect civilians.
