Sanaa Government accuses Saudi Arabia of leading “hidden war” to spread drugs in Yemen

SANAA, July 01 (YPA) – The Acting Prime Minister of the Sanaa government, Mohamed Miftah, officially accused the Saudi regime of involvement in trafficking and spreading drugs in Yemen, considering it part of a “Zionist-US intelligence system” aimed at weakening society and youth, particularly in the southern and eastern governorates.

Speaking at a Ministry of Interior event marking the International Day Against Drug Abuse under the slogan “America is the Mother of Drugs,” Miftah held Riyadh primarily responsible for the victims of this scourge and the substance “Shaboo,” warning of multi-faceted international wars involving blackmail and moral degradation.

In response, Miftah announced the “Change and Development Government’s” intention to review existing laws and draft a new bill to combat cyber-extortion, calling for integrated official and community efforts to confront this danger.
