Dozens of Zionist settlers desecrate courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque

OCCUPIED QUDS, June 23 (YPA) – Dozens of Zionist settlers desecrated the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound on Tuesday through the ‘Mughrabi Gate’, under heavy protection from the Israeli occupation police.

Palestinian sources, quoting the Islamic Waqf in occupied Quds (Jerusalem), reported that dozens of settlers desecrated Al-Aqsa Mosque and organized provocative tours in its courtyards.

During the raid, the settlers performed Talmudic rituals in the eastern area of the mosque, under heavy protection from the occupation police, according to the sources.

The occupation forces impose strict restrictions on the entry of worshippers to Al-Aqsa, by harassing them, keeping them away from the mosque, and confiscating their identity cards at its outer gates.

Palestinian calls continue for the people of Jerusalem and the occupied interior to intensify their presence in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and to rebuild it, with the aim of thwarting the plans of the occupation and its settlers.
