GAZA, June 16 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces continued their violations of the ceasefire agreement on Tuesday, carrying out additional artillery shelling and opening fire in several areas across the Gaza Strip.
Israeli military vehicles fired intensively toward the Bani Suheila roundabout east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, amid artillery bombardment and low-altitude flights by reconnaissance drones over the city.
In Gaza City, Israeli helicopters were reported flying at low altitude over both the western and eastern parts of the city.
Sources also reported that Israeli military vehicles opened fire in the vicinity of the Wadi Gaza Bridge, north of the Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.
Since October 10 of last year, Israeli occupation forces have repeatedly breached the ceasefire agreement, amid an escalation in military operations across several areas of the Gaza Strip.
