GAZA, June 15 (YPA) – Palestinian sources confirmed, on Monday, that the occupation forces expanded the “yellow zone” east of Gaza City, pushing yellow concrete blocks near al-Sanafor intersection in the Tuffah neighborhood on Salah al-Din Street.
The sources explained that the occupation’s vehicles advanced last night and extended the yellow line at the intersection under cover of artillery shelling and heavy gunfire, which led to a wave of displacement of families from neighboring areas.
This comes despite talk of a positive atmosphere in the Cairo talks, while the occupation forces continue to push the yellow line westward into the city, revealing their intention to continue strangling the Strip and narrowing its area.
