Hezbollah launches series of operations against Israeli occupation forces in response to ceasefire violations

BEIRUT, June 07 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon launched a series of operations targeting Israeli occupation army positions and troop gatherings in southern Lebanon, inflicting direct casualties and damage on Israeli forces and military vehicles.

In consecutive statements, the resistance said its fighters targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy army vehicles and soldiers at the southeastern edges of the town of Yahmar al-Shaqif with artillery shells.

They also targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy army vehicles and soldiers at the southeastern outskirts of the town of Yahmar Al-Shaqif with rocket barrages and artillery shells.

Moreover, the resistance fighters targeted a command headquarters belonging to the “Israeli” enemy army in the town of Naqoura with an Ababil attack drone, achieving direct hit.

They targeted a gathering of “Israeli” enemy army soldiers at the southern outskirts of the town of Hadatha with two ‘Ababil’ attack drones.

The operations come in response to repeated ceasefire violations in southern Lebanon, which have resulted in civilian deaths and multiple injuries.
