Sanaa calls for mass rallies on Monday in support of Quran, Al-Aqsa, Lebanon

SANAA, May 17 (YPA) – The organizing committee for public events in Sanaa has called for a “massive million-man march” under the slogan “Support for the Quran and Al-Aqsa, solidarity with Lebanon and readiness confirmation” to be held on Monday afternoon at Al-Sabeen Square in the Yemeni capital.

The committee urged the Yemeni public to take part in the rally, describing participation as an act of obedience to God and a form of “jihad in His path,” as well as a response to the call of Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi.
