BEIRUT, May 9 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation committed, on Saturday, a new massacre in the town of Siksikieh in the Sidon district of southern Lebanon after an airstrike targeted a residential building housing displaced people, resulting in the martyrdom of 7 people as an initial toll, while search operations continue for those missing under the rubble, according to ambulance and rescue teams.
In a continued violation of the truce, the occupation launched a series of airstrikes on Mount Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley.
An Israeli airstrike targeted a car in the Multaqa al-Nahrain area of the Chouf, resulting in the martyrdom of 3 people. Two airstrikes also targeted two cars on the Saadiyat coastal road
The attacks extended to the town of Qilya in the Western Bekaa, coinciding with raids and shelling that targeted several areas in the South and Nabatieh, including Yater, Ain Baal, Abbasiyeh, Mansouri, Haboush, Jmeijmeh, and Safad al-Batikh, in addition to heavy artillery shelling that targeted the town of Kfar Remman.
The occupation targeted the town of Arzi in the Sidon district with an air raid and launched a raid on the town of Marwaniyeh, with artillery shelling that targeted the town of Kfardounine.
