One Palestinian killed, others injured in Israeli drone strike in central Gaza City

GAZA, May 07 (YPA) – One Palestinian was killed and injured several others on Wednesday evening in an Israeli strike on the Al-Daraj neighborhood of central Gaza City, Palestinian sources reported.

According to the source, Israeli aircraft targeted a group of civilians near the Jabalia parking lot on Al-Wehda Street in the neighborhood, claiming a civilian’s life and injuring several others.

They added that all casualties were evacuated to Al-Ahli Arab Hospital.

Medical sources reported that the death toll from Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip on Wednesday has risen to nine. The fatalities include four people killed in northern Gaza and one in the south, while the remaining victims died from injuries sustained in earlier attacks.
