10 Israeli ceasefire violations recorded in Gaza on 205th Day

GAZA, May 02 (YPA) –  Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip have continued for the 205th consecutive day on Saturday, amid ongoing artillery shelling and gunfire targeting various areas across the territory.

Palestinian sources reported that Israeli forces carried out demolition operations in eastern Gaza City, accompanied by heavy fire from military vehicles.

They added that Israeli naval forces opened fire toward areas in Khan Younis in southern Gaza, alongside artillery shelling targeting the Qizan Rashwan area south of the city.

Israeli artillery also struck eastern areas of Khan Younis early in the morning, coinciding with heavy gunfire from Israeli military vehicles positioned east of the city.

Residents reported that Israeli armored vehicles stationed east of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood in Gaza City have been firing intensively since dawn.

The sources further noted additional artillery shelling targeting western areas of Rafah in southern Gaza.
