Lebanese resistance targets 4 Merkava tanks of Israeli army

BEIRUT, April 30 (YPA) – The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon targeted four Merkava tanks belonging to the Israeli enemy army in the occupied south of the country on Thursday.

 

In two separate statements, the resistance explained details of the two operations, confirming that they come in defense of Lebanon and its people, and in response to the Israeli enemy’s violation of the ceasefire, shooting, attacking civilians and demolishing homes in the south of Lebanon, within the framework of the “Eaten Straw” battle.

 

In statement number 3, it said that at 10:00, the Mujahideen targeted two Merkava tanks in the city of Bint Jbeil with two attack helicopters and achieved a confirmed hit.

 

In statement number 4, the Lebanese resistance stated that its fighters targeted two Merkava tanks in the town of Qantara at 10:30 with two attack helicopters and achieved a confirmed hit.

 

The resistance in Lebanon continues its operations in response to the escalation of Israeli aggression since March 2nd.
