At least 72,562 Palestinians in Israeli aggression on Gaza

GAZA, April 22 (YPA) – At least 72,562 Palestinians have been killed and 172,320 others people injured in the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, according to health authorities in Gaza.

In its daily statistical report, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said hospitals received one new fatality, another individual who died from previous injuries, and four wounded over the past 24 hours.

The ministry added that since the ceasefire on October 11, a total of 786 people have been killed by Israeli occupation’s fire, with 2,217 injured, while 761 bodies have been recovered.

It noted that many victims remain trapped under rubble or in areas inaccessible to emergency teams, as ambulance and civil defense crews have been unable to reach them so far.
