SANAA, April 16 (YPA) – Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement, confirmed that the Israeli enemy is deploying five military divisions to intensify pressure in southern Lebanon, violating the ceasefire and disregarding the truce.
In his speech on recent developments on Thursday, Sayyed al-Houthi described Israeli enemy’s actions in Lebanon as a significant aggression against a crucial front in the Axis of Jihad and Resistance, which is supposed to be protected by the truce agreement. He warned that continued aggression threatens to completely undermine the ceasefire.
He emphasized that the Axis, including the Islamic Republic of Iran and its other fronts, cannot remain passive in the face of Israeli occupation’s actions in Lebanon.
The movement leader condemned the reckless and criminal aggression aimed at securing maximum gains within the Zionist agenda as unacceptable.
He called for a united and firm stance within the Resistance Axis to support the Islamic resistance in Lebanon, stressing the necessity of backing Hezbollah and the Lebanese people, affirming that Israel’s continued aggression makes it impossible to uphold the ceasefire agreement at the axis level.
