TEHRAN, April 14 (YPA) – Iran has called on five regional states—Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan—to pay compensation over their involvement in the aggression waged by the United States and Israeli entity against it.
In a letter to UN Secretary-General António Guterres, Iran’s Permanent Representative Amir Saeid Iravani said the countries had “violated their international obligations” by allowing their territories to be used for military operations, and in some cases participating in them.
He added that Tehran considers these actions a breach of international law and holds the countries legally responsible, demanding full compensation for both material and moral damages.
