HADRAMOUT, April 14 (YPA) – Power outages in the city of Al-Mukalla, the capital of Hadramout governorate under the control of Saudi-backed forces, have surged to record levels in recent days.
Local sources reported that the city is facing a severe electricity crisis, with outages lasting up to six consecutive hours, compared to just two hours of power supply.
