Two Israeli soldiers shot dead by Lebanese resistance fighters

BEIRUT, April 03 (YPA) – The Lebanese resistance declared on Friday evening that it had carried out a series of precise operations targeting positions and sites of the Israeli occupation forces in northern occupied territories of Palestine.

In a statement, the group said it had sniped two Israeli soldiers, claiming a direct hit in the town of Rashaf. It also reported targeting military infrastructure in the city of Safed for a second and third time, as well as striking the settlement of Rosh Pina.

The statement added that resistance fighters shelled Israeli military gatherings near the border town of Maroun al-Ras and launched a second round of rocket fire toward the settlement of Nahariya, describing the attacks as part of previously issued warnings to several areas in northern occupied territories.
