Tehran affirms destruction of Ukrainian facility in Dubai supporting US military

TEHRAN, March 28 (YPA) – The central command of Khatam al-Anbiya, affiliated with the Iranian armed forces, announced on Saturday that missiles launched by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) had struck a warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, allegedly housing Ukrainian anti-drone systems.

According to Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, the command’s spokesperson, Ibrahim Zulfiqari, said the strike coincided with attacks targeting what he described as locations used by US commanders and personnel in Dubai, which he claimed resulted in significant losses.

He added that the warehouse, said to belong to Ukraine and used to support the US military, was among the targets.

Zulfiqari stated that 21 Ukrainians were present at the site at the time of the strike, which he said was carried out through joint operations by the Revolutionary Guard’s air and naval forces.

He added, “There is no confirmed information on the fate of the Ukrainian personnel at the warehouse, though they are believed to have been killed.”
