WAHINGTON, March 27 (YPA) – Media reports indicated growing concern within the leadership of Israeli occupation forces over the possibility that Donald Trump may soon decide to end the war with Iran.
The Wall Street Journal, citing informed sources, reported that Israeli officials have become increasingly convinced that Trump could move toward ending the conflict—raising fears about the potential impact on ongoing military operations.
In the same context, the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, quoting sources close to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, said the Israeli leadership was struggling to interpret Trump’s stance on the war, amid uncertainty over his future direction.
The sources added that the occupation lacked a clear timeline for how long the war may continue, given differing assessments and the ambiguity surrounding the U.S. position.
