Sanaa Foreign Ministry: Outcomes of “Riyadh meeting” adopt American narrative, deepen crisis

SANAA, March 20 (YPA) -The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates in Sanaa criticized the outcomes of the consultative meeting held in Riyadh, considering them merely an “adoption of the false US narrative” that ignores the root of the problem, which is direct US intervention against Iran.

In a statement, the ministry called on the Saudi regime to stop “pouring oil on the fire” in the globally raging energy resources issue.

The ministry praised the statements of Omani Foreign Minister Badr Al-Busaidi, describing them as “the voice of reason,” and called on the Gulf states to follow Muscat’s example in reviewing their alliances and getting out of their political predicament.

The ministry reiterated Yemen’s full support for the Islamic Republic of Iran in the face of the “American-Israeli aggression”.
