Yemen declares Eid Al-Fitr holiday to begin Wednesday

SANAA, March 16 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based Ministry of Civil Service and Administrative Development announced on Monday that the Eid al-Fitr holiday will begin on Wednesday, 29 Ramadan, corresponding to March 18.

In a statement, the ministry congratulated the employees of state administrative units and the public and mixed sectors, adding that the holiday will continue until the coming Monday, 4 Shawwal, corresponding to March 23.

On this occasion, the ministries of Civil Service, Administrative Development and Information also offered their congratulations to the political leadership, members of the armed forces and security services, and the Yemeni people.
