GAZA, March 05 (YPA) – The death toll from the Israeli offensive in Gaza has risen to 72,120 Palestinians, according to medical sources in the Gaza Strip.

The figure includes a large proportion of women and children who have been killed since the conflict began on October 7, 2023.

The number of people injured in the Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip has also climbed to 171,802 since the start of the war.

In its daily statistical report, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said hospitals received three fatalities and one injured person over the past 24 hours as a result of ongoing Israeli aggression.

The ministry added that since the ceasefire on October 11, a total of 636 people has been killed by Israeli army fire, while 1,704 others have been wounded. It also reported that 735 bodies have been recovered during this period.
