Tehran claims capture of “intact” Israeli drone, vows retaliation for recent strikes

TEHRAN, March 04 (YPA) – The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced on Tuesday that its air defenses intercepted and brought down an Israeli “Hermes 900” drone.

According to the IRGC statement, the aircraft was recovered “intact and fully armed” before completing its mission, noting that it is currently being analyzed by aerospace experts.

In a related context, the IRGC vowed to retaliate against what it described as a series of US and Israeli strikes targeting civilian facilities over the past four days. Iranian officials reported that these attacks resulted in the deaths of more than 700 citizens.

These developments come amid the ongoing “True Promise 4” operation conducted by Iran, which targets US military bases and radar installations across the region, as well as vital sites deep inside Israeli entity.
