In a strategic shift to the north, the military confirmed the deployment of additional forces along the borders of southern Lebanon and Syria. These measures include the activation of operations rooms within local communities to ensure a rapid response and provide protection for residents in the Galilee and Golan Heights regions.
Concurrently, reinforcement efforts have intensified in the Central Command. The military stated that focus there is being placed on offensive operations to combat what it termed “terrorism,” alongside the strengthening of rapid intervention units and defense systems within settlements and along the seam zone.
Regarding the Southern Command, the Israeli army continues its defensive deployment around the Gaza envelope, supported by further reinforcements along both the western and eastern borders to secure the perimeter.
