Iraqi Guardians of Blood Brigades target US operations command in Erbil with 3 drones

BAGHDAD, March. 01 (YPA) – The Iraqi Brigades of the Guardians of Blood announced, on Sunday, that they carried out a qualitative operation targeting a US operations command in the city of Erbil, northern Iraq, using three drones, in support of the Islamic Republic of Iran and in defense of Iraq’s sovereignty.

In a statement, the Brigades said that the operation came in response to the “Zionist-American aggression” against Iran, stressing that they had raised their readiness level to the maximum from the first moment of the escalation in preparation for carrying out what they described as “jihadist” operations in support of Tehran.

They added that their action comes within the framework of responsibility towards Iraq’s sovereignty and confronting any foreign military presence involved in the aggression, emphasizing their continued commitment to take the necessary steps according to developments at this stage.
