Dutch KLM suspends flights to “Israel”

SANAA, Feb. 26 (YPA) – Dutch airline KLM announced the suspension of its Amsterdam-Tel Aviv flights starting next Sunday, citing escalating security conditions that make travel to Tel Aviv commercially and operationally impossible.

The company confirmed that affected passengers will receive personalized notifications with alternative options, including rescheduling flights or a full refund.

KLM stated that it will continue to closely monitor developments on the ground and will reassess the decision based on the new situation.

This decision comes amid escalating regional tensions, with continued rhetoric between the United States and Iran and growing concerns that this tension could affect civil aviation in the region more broadly.
