WEST BANK, Feb. 21 (YPA) – Israeli occupation forces launched, at dawn on Saturday, a campaign of raids and arrests across various areas of the West Bank, accompanied by home invasions, searches, and abuse of residents.
The forces stormed the town of Ya‘bad, southwest of Jenin, raided several homes, ransacked their contents, and arrested citizen Mohammad Sami Mar‘i, while also detaining Omar Adnan Hamarsha.
Israeli forces also detained two young men after storming the town of Deir Ballut in the Salfit district, before later releasing them. Several homes in the town were raided during the operation.
The occupation forces stormed the towns of Meithalun and Zababdeh, south of Jenin, amid live fire and tear gas. They also raided the city of Tubas, Al-Far‘a refugee camp, and the town of ‘Aqqaba.
Additionally, Israeli forces seized several vehicles in the town of Deir Samit, west of the city of Hebron, and stormed the towns of Taffuh and Kharas, along with several neighborhoods in Hebron.
