GAZA, Feb. 16 (YPA) – Thirteen Palestinians were martyred and others wounded in the Gaza Strip as a result of Israeli occupation attacks, which continue to violate the ceasefire agreement on its 129th day in various areas.
The occupation vehicles fired heavily on Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip, while the so-called “yellow line” in Beit Lahia, witnessed Israeli artillery shelling, gunfire, and airstrikes.
Moreover, Israel targeted two Palestinians last night, claiming they had crossed the line, resulting in their martyrdom.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation gunboats opened fire with machine guns towards the sea off Gaza City, while occupation aircraft targeted Sami al-Dahdouh, a leader in Al-Quds Brigades, near his home in Tel al-Hawa neighborhood of Gaza.
In addition, the occupation vehicles fired simultaneously with artillery shelling east of Bureij refugee camp and east of Deir al-Balah.
Citizen Khader Yousef Fayyad (64 years old) from Beit Hanoun was martyred, succumbing to wounds he sustained as a result of occupation shelling east of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.
The total number of martyrs has reached 601 since the ceasefire was declared on October 11, 2025, in addition to 1,607 wounded, while the total number of bodies recovered has reached 726.
It should be noted that the number of victims since the beginning of the aggression on October 7, 2023, has reached more than 72,061 martyrs and 171,715 wounded.
