PFLP: Cabinet approval of annexation of West Bank represents shift in level of Zionist crimes against our people
GAZA, Feb. 09 (YPA) – The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) affirmed, on Monday, that the approval by the fascist Zionist enemy’s “cabinet” of the de facto annexation decisions of the occupied West Bank represents a radical shift in the level of Zionist criminality and an aggressive escalation that is the most dangerous since the 1967 setback.
It confirmed tha what the occupation has done is a declaration of total war on the Palestinian existence and a de facto transition from military administration to direct colonial sovereignty with the aim of eradicating our people and liquidating their national cause once and for all.
In a press statement, the PFLP said that these new Zionist criminal measures bury the “Oslo” phase and the illusions of a settlement forever, and clearly reveal a Zionist plan to impose comprehensive security, military, and administrative control through which our cities and villages will be transformed into ethnic enclaves run by Zionist war criminals.
It pointed out that this escalating fascist Zionist aggression, which targets the land, holy sites, and the Palestinian presence, is conclusive proof that the Zionist enemy has made its choice to liquidate the Palestinian presence geographically and politically. This places us before an undeniable historical imperative, whereas our people and their active forces have no option but a comprehensive existential confrontation to break this conspiracy and defeat its agents.
In addition, the PFLP called on all national and Islamic forces and the masses of our people everywhere to immediately unite behind a unified national struggle strategy based on the complete and final disengagement from all commitments to the usurping entity, the dismantling of all forms of security coordination, and the adoption of comprehensive resistance as the only way to respond to this liquidation plan and protect our historical right to our land.
