Sanaa announces December salary payments for public sector employees

SANAA, Feb. 07 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based Ministries of Finance and Civil Service and Administrative Development have issued directives to start disbursing salaries to state employees under what they termed an “exceptional mechanism.”

In a joint statement on Saturday, the ministries said that the financial allocations have been transferred to the Central Bank of Yemen, which will then disburse the funds through the General Postal Authority and the Agricultural Cooperative Credit Bank (CAC Bank), in line with payroll data issued by the Ministry of Civil Service.
