ALEPPO, Jan. 11 (YPA) – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has reported widespread violence and serious violations in the Aleppo neighborhoods, particularly Sheikh Maqsoud and the predominantly Kurdish Al-Ashrafiya.
The acts, carried out by factions affiliated with the transitional forces, have raised urgent warnings that they may amount to “war crimes.”
According to documented testimonies, the attacks resulted in the killing of 15 internal security members, including four female fighters whose bodies were reportedly burned. Another harrowing incident involved the throwing of a female fighter’s body from the top of a building.
These developments have sparked broad international human rights condemnation, as the violations—attributed to factions acting under regional directives—echo similar atrocities previously recorded in other Syrian regions.
