GAZA, Jan. 07 (YPA) – Amna Abu Shabab, the wife of Yasser Abu Abu Shabab—accused of an Israeli occupation-linked gang responsible for stealing humanitarian aid trucks in the Gaza Strip-reportedly fled to Dubai, taking about 10 million dollars with her.
According to security sources who requested anonymity, Amna Abu Shabab departed Rafah in southern Gaza on Tuesday, traveling first into the occupied territories of Palestine before eventually reaching Dubai with the alleged $10 million.
Her escape took place amid widespread public outrage in her community, with many accusing her of abandoning locals and prioritizing her safety after her husband’s death.
Yasser Abu Shabab reportedly collected large sums through the kidnapping of humanitarian aid in Gaza before being recruited by the Israeli authorities to lead a criminal gang responsible for multiple crimes, until his murder put an end to his criminal activities.
