SANAA, Dec. 30 (YPA) – The National Center for Meteorology warned on Sunday visitors of the rise of waves in the sea and fishermen of the disturbance south of the West Coast and the entrance to Bab el-Mandeb.
In its air bulletin, the center called on citizens to take caution as a result of the cold weather in the mountainous highlands of Hajjah, Mahweet, Rayma, Dhalea, Ibb, Taiz, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa, Marib and Jawf.
The awakening weather is expected to partly cloudy with the possibility of light rains on scattered parts of the western and southern coasts and the Socotra archipelago, with light to moderate winds on the south of the West Coast and the entrance to Bab el-Mandeb that may reach a maximum speed of 25 knots.
