Bin Habtoor exposes dangerous conspiracy targeting Yemen south

SANAA, Dec. 15 (YPA) – Member of the Sanaa-based Supreme Political Council, Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, launched on Monday an attack against the statements of the Israeli minister of war, Yisrael Katz.

In a statement to UNews Agency, he considered that the Israeli remarks revealed that what is happening in the southern and eastern provinces of Yemen is a direct extension of the Saudi-Emirati conflict and a service to the Zionist project in the region.

Bin Habtoor stressed that the tragic events in the South of Yemen fall within the blueprint of the Saudi-led coalition’s countries, pointing to the existence of direct coordination between the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) and the Israeli entity.

He explained that the Israeli minister’s statements represented a serious indication of efforts to establish the first official foothold of the Zionist entity in Aden city, south of Yemen, in light of the Emirati moves.

“Any party that identifies with the Emirati agenda provides a direct service to the Zionist project,” bin Habtoor added, warning against being drawn behind the “illusions of independence”, which he described as a “blatant lie”.
