Shura Council praises historical role of Yemeni tribes in face of external conspiracies

SANAA, Dec. 15 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based Shura Council praised the historical role of the Yemeni tribes by combat readiness and popular mobilizations for the defense of the homeland in the face of external challenges and conspiracies.

This came during a meeting of the presidency of the Shura Council on Monday, chaired by Mohammed Hussein Aidarous, who appreciated also the continuous rallies in various provinces and governorates to announce the public mobilization and raise the level of readiness to face challenges.

The council stressed that the wide tribal presence and the armed rallies reflected a high national awareness, proving that the Yemeni tribes are a real safety valve for the homeland in the face of the American-backed Zionist global projects.

It affirmed that the cohesion of the internal front with state institutions represent a decisive message that Yemen will remain unyielding and capable of thwarting all plans aimed at its sovereignty, security and stability.
