Massive demonstration in Paris protests Trump’s policies in Middle East
PARIS, Dec.14 (YPA) – Arab and French groups organized a massive demonstration in the French capital, Paris, to protest the policies of US President Donald Trump toward the Middle East.
Protesters gathered at the “Fountain of the Innocents,” raising slogans condemning what they described as Trump’s “autocratic rule” and his policies in the region.
Participants called for “an end to the policy of normalization with the Zionist entity” (Israel). They affirmed their “supportive stance for the Palestinian people.”
The demonstration organizers stated that choosing the Fountain of the Innocents was a symbolic move reflecting the “popular anger towards Trump’s policies in the region.”
It is noted that Paris frequently hosts events supporting the Palestinian cause and the Gaza Strip, aiming to draw international attention to the Palestinian issue and condemn US policies supporting the Israeli occupation.
