Sanaa-based central bank starts paying state employees’ salaries

SANAA, Dec. 04 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based Central Bank of Yemen declared on Thursday that it would begin disbursing salaries for October 2025.

In a statement, the bank explained that the payment is being processed through the General Postal Authority, and the CAC bank.

The statement added: “The payments are to be made through a temporary and exceptional mechanism to support the salary bill of state employees.”
