Meteorology launches warnings to citizens regarding severe cold

SANAA, Nov. 18 (YPA) – The National Center for Meteorology and Early Warning warned, on Tuesday, citizens in the mountainous highlands of severe cold weather.

According to the weather bulletin, the center advised the elderly, children, the sick, and those working during the night and early morning hours in the cold governorates to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves from the severe cold.

It advised farmers to take appropriate measures to protect their crops and produce from damage.

The center also warned those coming from warmer regions of the need to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves from cold shock.
