MARIB, Nov. 11 (YPA) – The assistant in the “55th Artillery Brigade” loyal to the Saudi-led coalition, Hakim Mohammed Al-Jahmi, was killed yesterday, Monday, under mysterious circumstances in the city of Marib, which is controlled by the pro-coalition Islah Party factions.
Pro-Islah media circulated the incident as a “suicide,” attributing the cause to “harsh living conditions” resulting from the cutoff of salaries for more than six months.
Social Media Activists expressed doubts about the suicide narrative, noting that the incident specifically occurred inside the “Administrative Base” responsible for funding and provisioning, raising suspicions of a “systematic assassination” intended to silence Al-Jahmi.
Activists demanded a transparent investigation to uncover the truth behind Al-Jahmi’s death—whether it was a personal tragedy caused by starvation and lack of pay, or a new episode in the series of mysterious assassinations recorded against an unknown perpetrator.
