Israeli occupation hands over remains of 45 Palestinians to Gaza

GAZA, Nov. 03 (YPA) – About 45 bodies of Palestinians martyrs were released by the Israeli occupation on Monday through the International Committee of the Red Cross, according to the Gaza-based Ministry of Health said on Monday.

This brought the total number of bodies that Gaza hospital received to 270.

In a statement, the Ministry confirmed that 78 of the 270 bodies released by the occupation have been identified so far.

The statement indicated that its medical teams were continuing to handle the bodies according to established medical procedures and protocols, in preparation for completing the examination, documentation, and handover to the families.

It stated that 8 other bodies that were recovered arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours.

“A number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and in the streets, as ambulance and civil defense teams have been unable to reach them.

Since the ceasefire deal began on October 11, 2025, the total number of victims has reached 238 martyrs and 100 wounded, with the bodies of 510 martyrs recovering.
