GAZA, Oct. 25 (YPA) – Gaza-based Ministry of Health declared on Saturday that the health system in the Strip “is still struggling and that no change has occurred since the ceasefire.”
In a statement, the ministry confirmed that no shipment of medicine, medical devices, or equipment has entered the Strip since the ceasefire.
It also noted that no medical equipment for emergency examinations or surgeries has entered the Strip since the ceasefire.
The statement stated that 18,500 patients in need of treatment abroad have completed travel procedures and are awaiting permission to leave.
