Iran’s Chief of Staff offers condolences on martyrdom of Maj. Gen. Al-Ghumari

TEHRAN, Oct. 17 (YPA) – The Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi, offered a message of condolence on Thursday on the martyrdom of the Chief of Staff of the Yemeni Armed Forces in Sanaa, Major General Mohammed Abdul Karim Al-Ghumari.

In his message, Major General Mousavi praised the “strategic” role of the martyr Al-Ghumari in defending Yemen’s independence and supporting the Palestinian cause, noting his “decisive and inspiring” role in responding to the “Zionist entity’s” aggressions against Gaza and confronting the aggressions on Yemen.

Mousavi affirmed that the Yemeni people remain at the forefront of defending the “Islamic nation.”
