Detailed document on executive steps of “Trump plan” to halt war in Gaza

SANAA, Oct. 11 (YPA) – A detailed document was issued Friday evening on executive steps of the so-called “ Trump plan” to halt the war in Gaza Strip between Hamas movement and the Israeli occupation entity.

According to the document, circulated by media outlets, the plan executive steps are as follows:

War Halt: War halts upon agreement from “Israel” and Hamas within 72 hours.

Immediate Aid and Implementation: Aid enters immediately, and the implementation of the provisions of the agreement dated January 19, 2025, regarding this matter begins.
Hostage Information Handover: Upon Israel’s gradual withdrawal from the vicinity of Gaza, Hamas provides information about the Israeli hostages.
Release of Living Hostages: Within 72 hours, Hamas releases all living hostages held by the factions in Gaza.
Handover of Remains: Within 72 hours, Hamas hands over the remains of the Israeli hostages in Gaza.
Information on Palestinian Prisoners: Within 72 hours, Israel provides all information related to Palestinian prisoners held by it.
Hostage Information Exchange Mechanism: Establishment of a mechanism for exchanging information about hostages between Hamas and Israel through mediators and the Red Cross.
Egyptian Delegation at Ofer Crossing: An Egyptian delegation is sent to the Ofer crossing, where prisoners are gathered, to verify the names scheduled for release.
Daily Truck Entry: A minimum of 600 trucks enter daily immediately upon the signing of the agreement.
Truck Contents: The trucks include aid, goods for the private sector, and 50 trucks of fuel and gas.
Weekly Truck Count: The number of trucks is calculated weekly, amounting to no less than 4,200 trucks.
Aid Distribution: UN agencies and other organizations receive and distribute the aid.
Freedom of Movement: Guaranteeing the freedom of movement for trucks from the north and south via Al-Rashid and Salah Al-Din streets.
Priority Supplies: Priority for the entry of food, medical supplies, and all shelter-related items during the initial phase.
Reconstruction Start: Beginning the repair of water and sewage lines and the restoration of hospitals, bakeries, and roads.
Operation of Rafah Crossing: Operating the Rafah crossing in both directions according to the January 19, 2025 agreement.
Electricity Generation: Coordination to start operating the power generation station and finding a mechanism to supply it with fuel.
Camp Expansion: Expanding the establishment of camps in the Gaza Strip to accommodate the displaced and provide for their livelihoods.
Debris Removal: Introducing the necessary equipment for removing rubble, provided that clear tasks are assigned to it.
Operations Room Committee: Forming an Operations Room Committee comprising Egypt, Qatar, Turkey, the United States, Israel, and Hamas for follow-up.
Hostage Data: Hamas sends a list of the available data regarding the living and deceased Israeli prisoners.

Required Steps from Hamas:

Follow up with the Operations Room, specifically Dr. Suhail Al-Hindi, to address any issue in the handover process.
Communicate with the Operations Room and Dr. Suhail Al-Hindi to determine the handover time and fulfill the condition of simultaneity.
Hand over all living individuals at any time from Sunday until Monday 6 AM, and hand over as many remains as possible.
The handover process must take place without any celebratory or media display.
