GAZA, Oct. 06 (YPA) – Saraya Al-Quds, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement, announced on Monday that it had shelled an Israeli army command and control center south of Gaza City.
In a brief statement, the Brigades said the Israeli command inside the Nuns’ School, located was bombed with mortar shells.
The statement added that bombing came in response to the ongoing Israeli aggression and its targeting of civilians and residential areas throughout the Gaza Strip.
It confirmed that the resistance’s fighters monitored Israeli military movements inside the school, which had been transformed into a field operations site, and were targeted with precision mortar shells.
