UN Rapporteur: Countless children in Gaza rot under rubble due to Israeli genocide
GENEVA, Oct. 04 (YPA) – The UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in the Palestinian Territories, Francesca Albanese, stated on Saturday, “There are countless children in Gaza rotting under the rubble of their homes, a result of the crime of genocide committed by ‘Israel’ in the Gaza Strip for two years.”
In a post on her X (formerly Twitter) platform, Albanese added, “This is a doctor, this is a hospital, this is the floor, and this is also a bed. This is a skull split open by genocide. This is a child who will be buried while countless others rot under the rubble of their homes.”
She concluded by saying, “This is Gaza, where humanity ends.”

It is worth noting that the death toll from genocide being committed by the Israeli occupation during the continuous aggression on Gaza rose Saturday to 67,074 , with 169,430 injured since October 7, 2023, according to the statistical report from the Gaza Ministry of Health.
