General Authority for Tribal Affairs declares general mobilization

SANAA, Sept. 24 (YPA) – The Sanaa-based General Authority for Tribal Affairs announced on Wednesday the general mobilization and the lifting of the state of full readiness in protecting the homeland and enhancing the principle of security of the tribal arena and society.

Authority said in statement that any hostile schemes aimed at provoking sedition and destabilizing the internal arena would meet a strict response.

The statement praised the awareness and wisdom of the tribes, sheikhs and dignitaries of Yemen, stressing at the same time that any attempts to exploit national occasions to stir up chaos or threaten national security and disturb the security and stability of society will be also met with immediate and rapid determination and relentlessly.

It stressed that the tribes of Yemen would stand united with the security services to thwart any sedition that the enemy seeks to raise under any title and at any time.

The statement called on all sheikhs, tribes and citizens to be fully vigilant and cooperate with official state agencies in reporting any suspicious movements.

It stressed on full commitment to official organized activities and avoiding any behaviors that may be exploited against the homeland, in order to consolidate the values of national responsibility and enhance the security and stability of society.
