STC starts building palace in Aden workers’ island

SOCOTRA, Sept. 23 (YPA) – Activists published shocking photos and information about the largest blatant attack on the most important historical and tourist attractions on workers island in the Khor Maksar area of the coalition-held city of Aden, south of Yemen.

The activists confirmed that the workers’ island was witnessing a new wave of extortions and land seizures, affecting public outlets, coasts and margins, including the Pilots Club on the island.

They reported that the attacks were carried out by a number of military leaders in the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC), including the commander of the “security belt” in Aden, Jalal al-Rubaie, who began to develop rules for the construction of his own buildings on the island, protecting the military vehicles of his factions.
