Mahra governor warns STC of serious consequences to host Israeli delegation

MAHRA, Sept. 19 (YPA) – The Sanaa government-appointed governor of Mahra province, Al-Qatbi Al-Faraji, described the reception of the Israeli occupation delegation by the so-called UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) in Aden as a blatant betrayal of the Palestinian cause and a stab in the back of the Arab nation.

The Sanaa-based news agency (SABA) stated that this act was a grave political and moral crime, emphasizing that it posts blatant collusion with the Zionist entity at the expense of the blood of the martyrs of Palestine, Yemen, and all other Arab and Muslim peoples.

He pointed out that this visit can be considered merely a media event, but rather carries serious strategic implications related to the UAE’s role in accelerating normalization efforts and turning Aden and the southern provinces into a platform for military and security coordination with the enemy.

Al-Faraji emphasized that these plots would not deter the Yemeni people, its revolutionary leadership, and armed forces from fulfilling its religious, national, and humanitarian duty to support the Palestinian cause, considering any failure to support Palestine as a betrayal of both religion and nation.

He clarified the suffering being endured by the people of the southern and eastern provinces due to oppression, looting, and the deprivation of even the most basic services, emphasizing that these provinces be poised for significant changes that will eradicate the tools of coalition forces and restore the people’s right to self-determination.

The governor praised the political awareness of the people of Mahra, across all its various factions  and segments, calling upon everyone to unite and stand together against the coalition tools and its collaborators until every inch of Yemeni land be liberated.

He reiterated that Mahra people to continue to stand firmly behind the revolutionary, political, and military leadership in the fight to defend the sovereignty, security, and independence of their nation.
